This role primarily focuses on lead acquisition and qualification.
Junior SDRs work closely with the sales team to generate interest, engage with leads, and assess their potential fit for the company's products or services.
They are responsible for meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives set by the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification: Assess the level of interest, suitability, and potential of leads by asking targeted questions, actively listening, and understanding their needs and pain points.KPI Achievement: Work towards meeting specific KPIs and objectives, such as the number of qualified leads generated, conversion rate, or appointments set with experienced sales professionals.CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce) to manage leads, record activities, and ensure accurate data recording for efficient lead management and handoff to the sales team.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing comprehensive information on qualified leads to facilitate seamless handoff and effective follow-up.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.Languages: Knowledge of Polish or Bulgarian is a PLUS.Active Listening: Ability to actively listen and understand the needs, pain points, and interests of potential customers to accurately assess their fit.Goal-Orientation: Strong drive to meet and exceed set KPIs and objectives, demonstrating motivation and determination.Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize efforts to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to effectively manage leads, record activities, and ensure accurate data entry.Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, providing comprehensive information on qualified leads for seamless handoff and follow-up
