We are vigilant in ensuring there is no breach or vulnerability threatening our company or endangering our employees in order to keep them safe and protected. As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you will report to the Trust and Safety Manager and be involved in ensuring third parties adherence to regulatory requirements, minimizing risk, and maintaining Fever quality standards in addition to Fever's community wellbeing. This role will require proactivity, autonomy, drive and a good deal of incidents and reports.You will be expected to:Conduct comprehensive investigations on potential and existing partners, clients and customers and respond to any Trust & Safety violations.Perform KYP and KYC checks to verify the identity and legitimacy of entities and individuals, as well as following auditing processes.Prepare clear, detailed investigative reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.Monitor and stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in due diligence, KYP and KYC processes.Identify potential risks and red flags through investigative findings and recommend appropriate actions.Create and organize reports for managers to assess team's quality.Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to investigations and compliance.Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on investigation processes, as needed.Use data to identify gaps in current policies and processes, making recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to deal with issues concerning fraud against Fever and its clients.Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to user safety and platform integrity.Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving platform integrity and user safety.Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.In order to be successful in this role, you will need:Prior experience in investigations, fraud, bribery, compliance and in-depth knowledge of the relevant processes (due diligence, KYP, KYC).Knowledge of investigative tools, techniques and databases, including OSINT, relevant regulations, sanctions, and industry standards.Although not a requirement, AML knowledge will be considered.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify key issues
