About our Business Unit
Our management model separates Resorts from Markets. In this position, you will belong to the EAF Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries.

As a Travel Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:
Assisting agents to make their own bookings on the Travel Agent website, as well as book.Contributing with your expertise to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.Main missions: Develop your sales activity:
Develop sales by recruiting, building loyalty and selling complementary services. Identify your customer's business opportunities (partnership, sponsorship, influencer, recommendation). Analyze sales trends and performance evolutions (customer file, data catching, complaint tracking). Propose new solutions and correct what is not working properly in qualitative and quantitative aspects. Guarantee the evolution and adaptation of processes, operating rules to be always even more efficient and fluid. Be part of the development plan of your market.Be a key player in customer consideration:
Greet customers face-to-face and/or over the phone, adopting a premium posture. Create a personalized and lasting relationship with customers, proactively accompanying them throughout the sale. Ensure customer follow-up and satisfaction.Create a customized travel experience:
Gather/understand your customer's expectations and motivations. Advise them to create a tailor-made trip. Promote Club Med destinations, products and experience.Skills and competencies we're looking for: Education level: You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel agency industry.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong networking/communication skills.Very good knowledge of travel and the tourism industry.Passionate about travel and have a real flair for sales.Skilled in sales techniques and negotiation.Persistent, proactive, curious and enthusiastic.Enjoy working as part of a team.Digitally literate (pack office and sales tools).Languages:
Bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish. Good knowledge of English and French is a plus.
