In this position, you will belong to the EAF Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries.Job overview:As a Transport Executive, you will be responsible for:Supporting the Call Centre by completing transportation requestsAdministration of both Amadeus and the in-house reservation systemHandling group requests efficiently for the Meetings and Events departmentCommunicating travel information to clients (including schedule changes)Assisting the Finance department in the reconciliation of Transport billingsBuilding relations with airline companiesYou will report to the Call center Manager and will be part of the sales team.Main missions:Supporting the Call Centre by completing transportation requests:- Effectively completing all transportation requests within 4 hours (wherever possible)- Finding the best flights and pricing for the client in line with their needs- Supporting the call center and clients with any changes to their flights- Booking ancillary servicesAdministration of both Amadeus and the in-house reservation system:- Issuing / reissuing tickets- Checking Amadeus Queues on a regular basis to keep on top of any ticketing issues- Completing scheduled changes within Amadeus and informing the customer- Checking no-shows and cancellations- Accurately programming flights into the in-house reservation systemHandling group requests efficiently for the Meetings and Events department:- Finding effective and cost-efficient group flights for the Meetings and Events department- Completing passenger lists and seating requests as per the group's needs- Supporting the groups departments in case of any flight issues (delays, flight cancellations, etc.)Communicating travel information to clients (including schedule changes):- Proactively looking out for notices of airline strikes- Proactively looking out for any potential issues that would affect flights (weather, political situations)- Communicating any potential transport issues to both the call center and clients in a polite and helpful mannerAssisting the Finance department in the reconciliation of Transport billings:- Supporting the Transport Manager with…#J-18808-Ljbffr
