The Transformation Manager will play a key role in delivering the Rovensa's transformation and Strat Plan agenda. Their main function will be to define, implement and follow-up of the global projects management ensuring that it provides comprehensive and well governed support and assurance across all the key BU's and structures. Working closely with the leadership teams of the BU's, corporate services, and the Executive team he/she will play a crucial role in developing the maturity and visibility of the progress of programs underpinning the strategy.
The Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing the different projects' management approach, implementation framework, governance, and monitoring framework for programs across Rovensa.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:
Perform specific analysis to support the Transformation Office in different projects such as integration of acquired businesses, strategic initiatives that are part of the Strat Plan of the company, and transversal projects managed by the CTO.
Developing the capacity, capability and function of the Transformation.
Development support and reporting main cross-company projects.
Rovensa strategy implementation plans including supporting strategies.
Support the delivery of Rovensa transformation and improvement.
Ensure that the KPI's are effectively utilized to support the delivery of the Rovensa's Strat Plan.
Prepare presentations to senior stakeholders (Board, Executive Committee, Regional or Functional Heads…).
Others: Planning and project management, identification and promotion of best practices, stakeholder engagement…
THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
University degree, preferably Engineering, Business Administration/Economics or Data Analytics.
Previous experience: strategic consulting 8 - 10 years.
