The main purpose is to make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential.How you will make a difference:Monitor legislation and process changesCheck legislation changes, monitor regular publicationsPermanently check what possibilities exist to make declarations and communications to authorities, funds and insurances, and implement the most automated onesRun training material and training sessions for the teamsPrepare and maintain a training presentation on payroll and usage of Dutch Payroll SoftwarePrepare and maintain a "How do I.." / "FAQ" documentTrain all new joiners on Dutch payroll and Dutch Payroll SoftwareTrain all teams on new legislation, processes and Dutch Payroll Software functionalityBe the first level of support for all teams on payroll processes and the usage of Dutch Payroll SoftwareCollaborate with system integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all systemsPut in place controls procedure out and inside payroll software.What will give you an advantage:Bachelor's degree.
Degree in business related field5 years experience on Dutch Payroll minimumPast experience as SME or TrainerFluency in English and Dutch, written and oral communication skills are essentialStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
