As a Trainer/CRM Lead on our team, you will:Prepare and provide trainings on call handling, sales techniques, CRM management, etc.Create and update training schedules.Deliver (or facilitate where applicable) trainings for new starters, upskill, product launches, and system changes.Provide written feedback of each trainee to the Team Leads after training completion.Collect feedback from trainees 2 weeks after training to discover possible improvement points.Liaise on a regular basis with SV and CRM SME to ensure that training needs are met on the floor.Be the point of contact for all training related matters, including attending all training meetings.Liaise with other departments for any additional training needed.Identify areas of improvement and provide structured and timely recommendations (verbal and/or written).Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
