Your qualifications Hands-on: You are solution-oriented and love finding opportunities to automate processes.
Experience: Minimum bachelor educated in a business, economics, or marketing.
Language skills: German language (C1) is required. You should also be proficient in English (C1). French is a big plus.
Communication: You communicate transparently and empathetically.
Structure: Self-organization and professional growth is the core of your work ethic.
Technical understanding: Familiarity with CRM software. Experience with HubSpot would be a plus.
Your tasks Daily work: Provide administrative support, learn, and assist Vince with documentation.
Outbound: After some time, engage in calling and emailing.
Inbound: Learn how to handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings.
Social selling: Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn.
Process building: Support Vince in developing new processes and ideas. Improvements: Create and use reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
