Trainee Hsqe Integrated Management Systems

We seek a Talent Development Trainee to join the HR Talent team and help us with the learning and development projects inside Affinity.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Prior internship or work experience in human resources or talent management is a plus.
Excellent level of English and Spanish.
