We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager (Away From Home) to join our Out-of-Home channel team at our headquarters in Barcelona (Viladecans). This is a great opportunity to lead the growth of the category in the out-of-home market.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Defining the annual plan for the categories tailored to the RTM type of the out-of-home market, with a primary focus on distributors and Cash & Carry.
Designing and developing action plans that include:
Segmentation and action plan by RTM type.
Definition of priority assortment (suitable products and formats).
Defining and monitoring promotional policies.
Developing a strategy to maximize the distributor's execution and their sales force.
Aligning RTM plans with the priorities and opportunities of operators (Restaurants, Hotels, Convenience, Leisure, etc.):
Analysis and segmentation.
Identifying deviations and developing corrective actions when necessary.
Designing and preparing the agenda and priority activities in the sales team cycles.
Leading the execution of strategic projects with sales teams aimed at winning in the sales force.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing role in the Out-of-Home channel. Experience in the impulse channel, Horeca, and/or Cash & Carry is highly valued.
Experience in managing projects with sales teams is essential.
Advanced level of Spanish and English.
Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
