The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with basic coding knowledge, and be well-versed in Agile and Kanban methodologies.This role requires excellent communication skills, especially in a customer-oriented context, and fluency in English.
Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German will be considered a significant advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Management: Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Team Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.Agile Methodology Implementation: Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Utilize Agile and Kanban methodologies to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
Understand and communicate complex technical requirements and solutions.
Ensure that the team's technical output meets high standards of quality and aligns with client expectations.Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.QualificationsProven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.Basic coding knowledge (understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar).Solid understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is highly desirable.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.BenefitsWhat We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment.
