What you will do in your work Role Overview: As a AUKI-BOX Functional and Technical Leader, you will be responsible for squads in SCIB area developing new products in new architecture of back office processes.
Who we are looking for IT Technical lead of the project Responsible for designing major technical solutions in a high-level complexity for Back office processes Responsible for Accounting / Financial and Settlements squads Product owners' manager using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in coordination role on technical side Leader of cooperation with external technical teams, designing and validating integrated solutions What we need Experience in implementation / migration Back Office (Branch) downstream Systems on SCIB area on GBO/BOX applications Functional and business knowledge of Accounting, Financial engine and Settlement processes (Swift, account, camara…) Experience consolidated in maintenance and support BackOffice functionalities E2E Business knowledge sufficient to understand all end user issues and needs Technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with other technology teams Knowledge of Financial markets products focused on derivatives (options, swap, ccs, cap…) Knowledge of Jira/Confluence tools and Agile Methodologies Availability for often business trips.
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finances, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
Spanish and fluent English.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to work in a constantly changing environment under time and task pressure.
Capability to take on a management role
