Main Responsibilities:As a Third Party and Resilience Risk Analyst, you will support the development and execution of the Global 2LoD TPRM and Resilience Risk function. The TPRM and Resilience team will provide independent assessment, challenge, and oversight of the third-party risk and resilience practices carried out by the first line of defense. We must ensure that TPRM risk is managed in accordance with the risk appetite defined by senior management and promote a strong risk culture throughout the organization.
Key Tasks:Provide a consolidated view of the TPRM risk profile.Engage with local 2LOD and Global 1LOD to ensure alignment and common methodologies.Coordinate TOH and RAS metrics process and challenge risk appetite and limits.Participate and ensure the implementation of the action plans defined by the 1LoD in order to meet the DORA requirements.Support regulatory exercises.Coordinate TPRM and Resilience 2LOD RCSA, reviewing reference risk, consolidating results, and monitoring risk mitigation.Monitor the action plans defined by the units to guarantee coherence between their inventories and information in the TPRM tool (SARA).Oversee internal and external audits and recommendations.Automate risk management processes and generate consolidated information dashboards.Experience:+2 years' experience.
Education:Relevant academic qualifications in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics university degree).
Skills:Knowledge of Heracles application and experience using ARK@ (OR-BCM application).Ability to identify risks and analytical orientation understanding regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
