Our team is made up of people of 112 nationalities and 78% of them are women.We are looking forTOTAL REWARDS, SENIOR SPECIALIST WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?Support Total Rewards related projects, among others: development and/or re-design of existing/new programs, design of fixed and variable compensation plans.Special attention to Retail Project among 37 countries.Support and update our compensation & benefits procedures. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to determine compensation and benefits trends, and make recommendations for adjustments, improvements, or changes to the company's programs. Update information in current compensation & benefits tools: job catalog, salary scales & bands, job grading, etc. Support to conduct job analysis which includes creating, reviewing, and updating job descriptions and assessing the job's value in the marketplace. Conducts compensation analyses to ensure staff are equitably paid within established salary ranges and participates in benchmarking efforts to recommend fair and equitable pay levels where applicable. Track core workforce KPIs together with People Analytics, using data visualization & dashboarding tools to create monthly reporting. Support to maintenance of data integrity and quality across all HR Systems. Update the Organizational Chart of all companies and organizations changes in HRIS systems. Support periodic HR processes such as employee's management and compensation reviews with data, templates, reports and insights. Generation of ad hoc and on demand reports related to Headcount, compensation, benefits, KPIs and other analytical reports related to core cycle people planning, to be presented to the different stakeholders. Experienced with HR analytics, with a good idea of how to generate valuable HR insights through reports and dashboards. Prepare user guides, maintain them, and train users. Configure, launch, and follow up key HR processes. Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration. WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU?Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance. More than 3 years of experience in a Total Rewards department. Knowledge and experience in Total Rewards structures design, process improvement, KPIs, ... Excel & PowerPoint advanced user. Previous experience in a Scale up company and/or Multinational company environment is highly valued. High level of English. Other languages valuable. Resilient, agile, and able to adapt to change while still meeting expected objectives and deadlines. Highly organized and able to effectively work in in a fast-paced environment
