As one company, we can accelerate and advance our ability to create meaningful innovations - but we will only succeed with the right people on our team.This is the ideal opportunity to join us and be part of our commitment to the health of others.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintenance and data entry of benefits data in various systems and securing quality and completeness of data.Analyzes, audits, and reconciles benefits processes and data and employee benefits issues to ensure smooth payroll processing and benefits employee experience.Ensures payroll and benefits reporting and payments are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves compensation and benefits issues for payroll processing.Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.Respond to and resolve client inquiries via the case management system (Service Now).May work with outside service providers to administer company benefits and payroll systems.Closely collaborate with various HR functions and finance to ensure a smooth payroll and benefits processing and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to the global HR vision.Execution, administration and reporting of benefit & compensation programs, policies, and practices.Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the different teams involved in Total Reward Operations, Benefits & Compensation, to achieve solutions/improvements for all processes/tasks performed in Total Reward Operations.The Total Rewards Operations and Payroll Analyst is expected to be in Madrid or considering and willing to relocate to this location.Must HavesFluent (verbally and in writing) in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.Bachelor or Associates Degree in Management, Finance, Human Resources, or other relevant Degrees.Advanced Excel user.Professional and interpersonal skills.Passionate about process improvement.Nice to HaveExperience in a multinational company.Interested to further develop within an international company.Experience in Payroll or Benefits systems, Workday, and Service Now.Other SkillsRigorous, precise, curious, follow-up capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and methodical approach required.Confidentiality and data protection mindset.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong team player.Your MoveAbout MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
