We are looking for our Barcelona - El Prat (BCN) Operational, a Tooling Supervisor.
Profile:Assume responsibility and leadership of a team dedicated to the management and workflows of the tooling department and verify the correct flow according to both aeronautical and internal regulations. Management, coordination, and preservation of tools that are managed daily with the different priorities.
Main duties:Follow company MOE procedures and customer workflow demand during assigned Store task and shift.Certify the work carried out ensuring the correct accomplishment of the tasks assigned.Promptly report the absence of personnel in the shift assigned to the Store Manager.Use all the equipment of the company in the correct way, including the vehicles available by the company.Ensure the correct update regarding training provided by the company.Report periodically all work done during the shift.Comply with all internal rules and regulations provided by the company with special attention to the use of PPE (personal protective equipment) necessary to carry out the work of their work.Assign 'work packages' to storekeepers on the assigned shift.Ensure that storekeepers on the assigned shift work in accordance with business procedures.Act as a point of reference for storekeepers on the assigned shift.The Job requirements are:Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized education institution.A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a team.A minimum of 2 years' experience in aeronautical tooling management.Human Factors, EWIS and FTS certificates (Initial and recurrent).Knowledge of EASA regulations/Aeronautical subjects.Working in compliant with company procedures and requirements skills.Knowledge of logistic procedures.Deep knowledge of use of authorized release certificates for aircraft parts, components, tooling, storage procedures regarding tooling, material and equipment storage and tooling calibration procedures.IT systems knowledge (AMOS knowledge).Valid driving license.Fluent in English language – written and oral.Personal Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation and goal setting.Strong problem-solving skills.Exceptional organization and time management abilities.Conflict resolution.Willing to work under pressure.Miscellaneous:Knowledge in airport authorities' rules and procedures (AENA/EASA).Other languages skills would be an asset.The Company offers:Attractive compensation packagePermanent fulltime positionPossibility of different training programs to support the personal and professional development.Partially subsidized pension planOther benefits in progressSend us one copy of your licence and your CV to ******, if your profile matches the requirements, we will contact you for an interview.
