Responsibilities:In collaboration with our Strategy team, create and deploy the strategy to mobilise emerging creators in Spain in order to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.Define strategies & operation actions for different creator layers (not going LIVE, have gone LIVE recently, very low income, mid income, etc). Monitor overall revenue growth, and meet monthly targets. Monitor and maintain data structure for the different layers.Coordinate creation & deployment video ads to promote going LIVE against defined layers. Plan, write copy and deploy in-app push notifications to increase Go LIVE rate & monetisation.Create educational plans for Emerging creators. Decide on education types (text, video, webinar, email), create a monthly schedule, and deploy.Build an Emerging Creators Community, decide on the best channel, and be the 'face' of the Community.Create, configure and launch Emerging Campaigns (Competitions) with rewards. Customise campaigns to defined Emerging layers, monitor their effectiveness, tailor campaign tasks and gameplay. Localise campaigns to the country's cultural moments.Collaborate with Strategy, Product and Marketing to deploy all above activities.Minimum Requirements:Experience in Strategy/Growth/Education/Creator Management roles.Strong project management and organisation skills.Comfortable reading & manipulating data on a daily basis. Able to generate hypothesis from data, and continuously iterate approach.Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, juggle multiple tasks, and wear different hats.Excellent verbal and written language skills. English, Spanish, and Italian is required to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in tech or content platforms is preferred.Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications preferred.Ability to converse in other languages is advantageous.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
