GE Goldseal is a department specialized in asset recovery, buying and selling medical equipment for all modalities: Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computed Tomography (CT), Molecular Imaging (MI), Mammography, X-Ray etc.Contract type: apprentice/internContract duration: 12-24 monthsDans le cadre de cette mission, l'apprenti(e) soutiendra la stratégie marketing et l'activation commerciale de notre activité de vente de produits GoldSeal (chiffre d'affaires de $40M/an) pour diverses modalités à travers l'Europe et le Moyen-Orient & Afrique, incluant le lancement de nouveaux produits et la vente en partenariat étroit avec les forces de vente en local. L'apprenti(e) fera partie de l'équipe européenne Marketing Services et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les responsables marketing Services et Equipements, pour les modalités concernées : IRM, Scanner, X-Ray. GoldSeal est une priorité stratégique pour GE Healthcare, consistant en la reprise de produits installés pour adresser de nouveaux segments de marché.Responsibilities:The role consists in ensuring a robust supply of returned goods in collaboration with the Asset Recovery Leader, development of GoldSeal and Certified Pre-Owned/SilverPreferred (CPO/SP) product offerings, linkage to the Marketing and Sales team, forecasting, and representing GoldSeal.Develop deep relationships and processes with the assigned Modalities and Commercial teams to ensure proper positioning of GoldSeal products in Modality offerings.Meet and exceed business financial commitments related to orders, sales, margin and inventory for assigned modalities products.Create accurate orders, sales and margin forecasts for EMEA driving consistent growth for the GoldSeal business.Analyze COCIR Pre-Owned Equipment (POE) market data and lead periodic POE business reviews with Europe and EGM Regions and assigned modalities to develop and articulate GoldSeal strategy within Regions/Zones.Build the business case and work closely with GoldSeal engineering and QARA teams to develop appropriate GoldSeal refurbishment programs upon customers/market needs.Work with Global GoldSeal Product Marketing and Commercial teams to supply regional sales forces with product positioning, training materials, white papers, brochures and other tools required for successful execution of growth objectives.Support the Asset Recovery Leader to ensure adequate supply of used systems to be converted into GoldSeal or CPO/SP, working to establish representative "Blue Book" values for trade ins and facilitate equipment sales.Effectively collaborate with Modality & Services Marketing/LifeCycle teams to optimize installed-base retention and growth as well as the Asset Recovery Leader and harvest team for service parts support.Manage customer backlog prioritization working closely with the Europe and EGM OTR teams and the GoldSeal global fulfillment team.Stay informed of both internal and external quality & regulatory procedures and trends, providing business counsel and support to ensure Goldseal compliance to all regulations.Qualifications and experience:Basic experience in marketing, sales, operations or related field.Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and process skills.Excellent communications skills.Desired Characteristics:Established project management skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas.Influencing skills - ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.Segment experience // Healthcare product/industry acumen.Eligibility requirements: A good level of English and a valid work permit.Inclusion and Diversity: GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
