JOB DESCRIPTIONToday we are looking for a Front-End Developer to join the VeepeeTech Resources Management Team.
The VeepeeTech Resources Management Team works on transversal projects, frameworks, and best practices. They are also responsible for Foundation portal maintenance and evolutions, performance-related topics in collaboration with the Lead Dev, conducting pair reviews, and assisting the Devs across the Veepee product teams. It's an ideal team and mission for someone that is very tech curious, keeps up to date with the latest tech market trends.
TASKSWork on challenging projects, to build the new platform with new technologies such as ReactJS, redux, react-router, NodeJS, Webpack, Module Federation, Nx, etc.Maintain legacy Angular applications.Work in peers with a UX designer to build and maintain a design system.Estimate development tasks, pointing out risks, required provisions and limitations in the process.Perform regular code reviews with the team.Participate in merge requests of other teammates.Work in an agile mindset with MVP approaches that fulfill future general requirements.Develop front end solutions that scale well in the future and that can be fitted in a micro front end Ecosystem.Handle the technical interviews with other developers willing to join.MUST HAVE skills3+ years of experience in web development.Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React, redux, webpack, Nx, etc.Experience with REST principles.Experience with building applications within microservices architecture.The usage of testing tools such as Jest.You are a proactive and dynamic person, motivated to grow within the tech team.You are fluent in English.NICE TO HAVE skillsExperience with Kubernetes.Experience with GitLab CI/CD.Knowledge of Node.js and Express Framework.BENEFITSVariable bonus.The dynamic and creative environment within international teams.The variety of self-education courses on our e-learning platform.Participation in meetups and conferences locally.The end of the week on Friday at 3 PM.RECRUITMENT PROCESS30-minute HR Screen with a VeepeeTech Recruiter.General Technical exchange.Technical exchange with a tech lead.Team Interview.We are convinced that it is up to you to define the way you work, to develop yourself, and to progress.
