What this job involves: At Tetris, we design and build inspiring and sustainable spaces for people. With the rapid increase of our business across EMEA, we are looking for a B2B marketing manager for Portugal and Spain to plan, manage, and coordinate the local marketing plans and all related activities, as well as support, contribute, and adapt the EMEA marketing strategy to the local context. You will be reporting to the senior marketing hub lead. The goal of your role will be to establish Tétris as the leading interior design and fit-out company in both markets, being the key point of contact between sales, marketing, and other support functions. Among other functions, you will create content, case studies, videos, events, PR, sales enablement, support for management, social media strategy, and budget management. You will also be managing an international team to support the development of southern hub activities.
Responsibilities:
Landing and adapting EMEA campaigns into local context and crafting, implementing, and overseeing campaigns that respond to local business needs.
Becoming a key stakeholder for Managing Directors and Business Developers in your countries, contributing to the business with ideas, campaigns, and lead generation.
Developing and implementing creative and result-oriented local marketing plans and actions while handling the budget in the smartest way possible.
Monitor and measure the ROI of all marketing activities.
Managing 360 marketing activities across all the marketing spectrum (PR, events, communications, demand generation, marketing automation, social media).
Managing and developing an international team of marketers based in Spain and Italy.
Desired skills and experience for this role:
Degree in Marketing or Communications.
5-7 years of experience in the field developing B2B marketing plans and campaigns.
Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Based in Portugal or Spain, with flexibility to stay one week per month in the other country/office.
Good writer with great communication skills.
