This is part of our employer culture as well as an exceptional team spirit that truly encourages diversity and a powerful "can-do" attitude. #WeChangeDentistry every day.Be part of it.About the role: Reporting to the Head of Orthodontics, the Territory Manager (M/F/d) will be responsible for carrying out the promotion, sale and distribution of the Company products and services, according to the Sales Manager guidelines, keeping and increasing the customer base, in order to meet sales objectives for all Straumann.Main Responsibilities:Achieve the allocated sales goals, not only in the quantitative but also in the qualitative field.Prospect and develop market in his/her assigned area.Keep and promote the engagement of the developed customer portfolio.Manage and promote the product and customer training activities portfolio.Coordinate his/her actions, according to the Head of Ortho guidelines and the Marketing department activities.Carry out monitoring actions required in order to guarantee the highest effectiveness in goal achievement.Report all activities and relevant information into the CRM system.Participate in regional and national trade shows.Any other duties stemming from the needs of the position.Required Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge on negotiation techniques.Experience in added value / solutions selling.Ortho Market and product knowledge.Stress Resistance.Results oriented.Team player.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
