.Your day-to-day responsibilities include: TEM-Keymass Product Owner dealing with all key internal and external stakeholders, aware of all the new trends on the market, to secure a proper product and services offer. TEM (Terminal Estate Manager) is our Ingenico tele-loading system, and Keymass is our Ingenico system for tele-loading keys into terminals. Responsible for the solution design and management of cloud and remote configuration capabilities using our best-in-class TEM. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, and track the progress and follow up on customer interactions. Willing to embrace daily operations discussions with customers and regional/global internal stakeholders, troubleshooting, solution finding. A hands-on operations person, up to all challenges operations bring along. Willing to participate in new integration activities, handling the architecture design and decisions taken. Effective summary and reporting to meet requirements of senior audiences. Work closely with customer, senior responsible owners/stakeholders and key team members to ensure that the goals are realistic, the correct delivery structure/environment is created to support the scope of work & clear lines of accountability are established. Continuously evaluating progress & enriching information to effectively & professionally communicate to multiple audiences within Ingenico & customer organizations. Management of the technical team across different departments, in a matrix organization. Responsible that new versions of TEM in production environment do not affect the service provided to customers, ensuring that the necessary tests are carried out. Responsible for managing new TEM requirements and functionalities requested by the clients with the group. Responsible for being in contact with the group to be aware of the new features that will be incorporated in future versions of the production deliverables in order to be able to properly inform the clients prior to the changes. Also be able to discuss them with the group if any of them is not sufficiently suitable for the clients. Ability to influence and participate in Group standard offer roadmap definition. Manage with the group, new Estate Manager licenses or renewals. Willingness to negotiate and optimize one-shot and operational (internal inter-company and external) costs for new features / evolutions. Sign of Success: Customers Trust you. Skills we can't do without: Bachelor's degree in a technical career or relevant field. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior customer facing position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database handling tools. Knowledge of architecture and integration of systems through API (SOAP and REST), web services. Deep Knowledge of cloud capabilities
