Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.Job Description:The roleThe selected person will join Ferrovial, in the Compensation Benefits, Global Mobility, and Corporate Governance department of within the Group Human Resources function.
They will carry out their work according to the company's human resources strategy to achieve the set objectives and contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.Main functionsCompensation and Benefits:Define, design, implement, and update Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures.Collaborate with Business Units on annual salary reviews, setting and evaluating objectives, and managing annual variable compensation (bonuses).Manage Long-Term Incentive Plans, including participant control, registrations/deregistrations, documentation, and databases.Conduct compensation studies and assist in preparing economic offers for new hires and promotions, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness of Compensation and Benefits packages.Participate in global market compensation studies, to determine current salary bands and benefits.Assist in preparing presentations and reports on Compensation and Benefits topics for various Committees.Participate in Compensation and Benefits projects promoted by the CB department at corporate level, collaborating with Ferrovial's Business Units and Affiliate Companies to ensure that project objectives are met within agreed deadlines and standards.Support in managing all day-to-day issues of the area.Global Mobility:Manage Ferrovial's Global Mobility policy.Advise Business Units and employees on applicable international regulations.Management of International Assignees: Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, including relocation, immigration, tax, and compliance.Coordinate and manage work permit and visa applications for international assignments, including supporting documentation and compliance checks.Provide guidance and support to employees and managers with global mobility policies, processes, and requirements.Corporate Governance:Collaborate in the preparation of Ferrovial's Annual Integrated Report.Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies.Review the remuneration policy for Directors.Knowledge and experience:University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economy or similar.Master's degree in human resources management, preferably with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.Certification in Compensation and Benefits will be valuable.Fluency in English will be a must.Advanced level in Windows Office tools, (especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
