Your Role : Support the R&D activities and responsibilities that:
Will contribute to the growth of our product range and customer base Support the development of new products for our targeted customers
Act as the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe Develop presentations, organise and execute workshops and train the customer showing our products in applications & marketable formats, in cooperation with sales and marketing Create innovative seasoning & coating systems for protein based substrates
Develop winning products and for meat and poultry to create winning new products Look actively for innovative raw materials and systems Conduct raw material evaluations Your Profile: Master in Food Science or Technology or equivalent by proven experience Experience in development and application of functional seasonings for meat & poultry Experience in meat processing Language skills: fluent in Dutch and English Culinary experience is a plus You Are: Passionate about food Strong team player AND able to work independently on product development projects Self-confident and enthusiastic in presenting product concepts to customers Passion for success with strong focus on getting things done well Creative, efficient and well-organised Flexible in willing to travel within Europeto support our customers with the application of our products in their factories Working at Griffith Foods
