As a Technical Support Agent on our team, you will:
Assist external and internal users with questions and issues related to the client's technical products or services.Troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems, from basic to complex, involving hardware, software, networking, and other client-designated technologies.Address unstructured problems that require conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.Greet customers courteously, professionally, and in accordance with agreed procedures.Actively listen to customer needs, concerns, and challenges, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building skills.Your Qualifications
