Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Advisor, your duties will include:
Resolving hardware, software, and application issues remotely for customers.Initiating on-site support when remote fixes are not possible.Keeping customers updated on their case status.Documenting case histories and interactions in our CRM for seamless handovers and reporting.Contributing to our Knowledge Management System (KMS) by sharing insights with the team.Assisting Care Center Agents and customers with product specifications, maintenance routines, and technical guidance.Providing support to Field Service Engineers during on-site troubleshooting when needed.What Were Looking For:

Ideal Qualifications: Proficiency in German (native or advanced) and English.A strong technical background, ideally a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.Ability to thrive in a multicultural, multilingual environment.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Preferred Experience: Customer-facing roles such as remote or on-site support.Knowledge of Graphics Arts products and related technologies.Proficiency in reading and following electrical/electronic diagrams.Experience with Additive Manufacturing technologies, 3D modeling software (e.g., Magics, NetFabb), and 3D printing workflows.Why Apply?
