?? What we look for? For our Talent Acquisition department we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to be part of a team specialised in sourcing and hiring IT profiles working close to the different business accounts that we have in the company.
?? Main tasks and accountabilities will be: End-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening and conducting interviews.Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes, doing interviews and managing the different databases at our disposal.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure their hiring expectations are met and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.Establish regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process and after placement. ?? What do we expect from you? At least 2-3 years of previous work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the field of recruitment.Strong understanding of the technical side of and IT recruiter role.Experience working with different ATS and technical tools to manage the recruiter's day to day.Good oral and written communication skills.English level: B2+ / C1Ability to work with a team and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. ?? Work Location Calle Santa Leonor, 65 (near García Noblejas metro station)
? Work Schedule Office hours from Monday to Friday.
