The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the AB Customer Value (CV) Technical Charter, a critical initiative aimed at increasing customer and business value through high-velocity experimentation, automation of guardrails for abuse prevention, and supporting the Marketing Content Site.

Key job responsibilitiesProven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.Expertise in data analysis, experimentation methodologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business decisions.Strong understanding of customer experience, user behavior, and digital marketing strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.Familiarity with abuse prevention strategies, incentive program management, and content management systems is highly desirable.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
