Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Technical Product Owner, you will lead and own the development and performance of a specific IT product throughout its entire lifecycle: analysis, monitoring, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement.You will work closely with development squad teams, support the creation of user stories in line with business product owner peers, coordinate testing activities, and approve release plans.You will be responsible for the compliance and adherence to optimum technical quality performance standards within the IT products you interact with.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Lead the proposal for a specific process/area to drive digital transformation, looking for efficiencies in the processes and adding value to users.Have a clear vision of how the user experience should be in any digital channel and focus the user stories on optimal user experience.Lead the translation of user stories into detailed technical requirements and tasks for developer squad teams, providing a systems perspective and identifying impacts and dependencies.Support stakeholders to prioritize user stories and technical items, including defects from L0/L1/L2 IT Operation group and tickets requiring L3 support.Support development squad teams to balance effort between user story development and defect/ticket resolution daily.Facilitate critical dependencies management within the IT product and across products.Support the development and execution of acceptance tests based on acceptance criteria, coordinating all test activities to ensure each story meets acceptance criteria.Continuously update the delivery team regarding business changes, in coordination with Business Product Owners and other Technical Product Owners.Approve the final release plan in accordance with agreed priorities and dependencies, in collaboration with the Release Manager.Analyze and report delivery, progress, risks, and opportunities.Ensure that technical debt is properly managed, with support from SW Architecture leads.EXPERIENCE+6 years of relevant IT work experience, including user management, scope changes, and digital channel projects.5 to 8 years of experience working with technical teams in full stack development, including data modeling, object-oriented programming, cross-platform development (C++, Java, Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript – one or more languages); implementation, integration, and enhancement of 3rd party APIs; browser development, testing, and debugging tools.Experience on digital channels (web and/or apps) projects, transformation, or evolution programs.Experience in large transformation programs within banking clients.Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking products is highly valuable.EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.SKILLS KNOWLEDGEFront End Technologies such as Angular, Node, API development, and strong integration view.Knowledge of unit testing, performance testing, and client-side end-to-end testing (UI testing) and associated frameworks and tools.Working experience with Relational SQL and NoSQL databases, data acquisition, and data warehouse related services.Must have a 'can-do' attitude and strong communication skills.Great leadership to motivate development teams towards a common goal.Practiced ability to analyze, develop, and implement complex programming solutions.Ability to execute test plans, create test cases, and contribute to the software development lifecycle methodology.Self-starter who works with minimal supervision and adapts well in a fast-paced Agile environment.
