Business Assistant|Project Manager

Responsibilities:Describing the company's business processes and packaging them into regulations, checklists, and standards.Searching for contractors and suppliers to fulfill the company's business tasks and supervising their work.Searching for partners and sponsors to popularize the company's services/goods, and working with them.Accompanying the manager at business meetings, negotiations, and business trips.Searching and working with information, creating business presentations.Supervising teams.Project management.Conducting business correspondence in English and Spanish languages.Requirements:Higher education.Experience of 2 years in a similar position or related field.Knowledge of English (C1), Spanish, preferably knowledge of Russian.Readiness for business trips: Europe, USA, Latin America.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment and under pressure.High degree of responsibility and attention to detail.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing work environment.Conditions:Full remote working format.Base salary and bonuses.Working hours: Monday - Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00 Madrid time.Job Type: Full-time.Pay: 1,800.00€ per month.Work Location: In person.#J-18808-Ljbffr
