Aldesa Group is focusing on the renewable energy sector as well as industrial construction projects, civil works, and public buildings.
As part of the growth policy established for the company in Spain, we need to incorporate a TECHNICAL OFFICE CHIEF in our central offices in Madrid with extensive experience in civil works projects, both nationally and internationally.
Location: Madrid Reporting to the OT management, the Technical Office Chief will be responsible for searching and optimizing technical solutions for projects in execution or study phase at a global level.
Interested persons must have the following professional profile: Senior Engineer, desirable at ICCP Experience as Head of the Technical Office on Site in projects and with all kinds of infrastructures, bridges, pavements, hydraulics, etc.
(In at least 2 projects) Restless person focused on alternative solutions that optimize results through cost savings with the same or better functionality.
Knowledge of layout programs, design, and budgets.
BIM knowledge.
Office, Ms Project etc.
Optional knowledge of O.Civil calculation and design programs, structures, hydraulics, etc.
and regulations.
Local contract is offered according to salary scales in the local market.
