Role Responsibilities: Lead the technical team providing direction, mentorship, and support.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital banking platform and applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology strategy and roadmap.Prioritize the backlog items based on value.Ensure the development team focuses on the most important tasks.Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital banking initiatives.Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the technical team.Translate product managers' strategies to tasks for development.
