Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a Tech Lead who will deal with a team of experienced Software engineers, helping the team to succeed in their goals. You will be the main SPOC for the Product Owner (in Business team) working with him to understand and refine the backlog and making it possible the implementation with the development team afterwards. You will interact with other technical leads (within Mkt&Sales teams and also in other IT areas located in Spain and Sweden) and architecture teams. Be the lead of the technical solution and the software developer teams, understanding the business requirements and proposing and leading the implementation of these requirements with the team. Have deep knowledge of the SW into his domain and have technical skills to change and update it when necessary. Create your technical debt backlog, prioritize with the PO and make the implementation possible within the team. Ensure implementation of software development lifecycle to deliver in production. Accountable for the quality of the delivered product and encourage the team to achieve continuous improvement. Ensure automatic tests are written and performed and regression tests are always updated. Validate SW designs: Archetypes, design patterns, sonar rules. Manage performance of the software development team.
Main stakeholders:
You will work hand by hand with the product owner to understand the business needs and transform into technical requirements for the team. You will interact with architecture team to validate high-level architecture design: Queues, Load Balancers, DNS/GTM, DB cluster, micro-services in Kubernetes
