The company's well-known brands are compramostucoche.Es, AUTO1.Com, and Autohero.As Head of Logistics, you will lead, manage, and scale our Logistics area in Spain and Portugal, ensuring the best performance and experience for our internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Manage, coach, and develop a high performing team of +10 logistics specialists.Design and constantly improve procedures, training, and onboarding materials to ensure high performance and productivity across the department.Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.Select carriers for transportation and negotiate fees and contracts with carriers, focusing on optimizing and improving the logistics area profitability.Monitor and manage the department OPEX.Direct report to the Director of Logistics Iberia.Requirements:Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.Experience in leading high performing teams.Strong problem-solving, operational, and strategic thinking skills.Strong work ethics, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and time-sensitive deadlines while working autonomously.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.Strong analytical skills and being data-driven, managing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.At least 6 years of experience working in Strategic Business Development Projects, Startups, Fast Scale companies, or Strategy Consulting.English C1 or above; Portuguese B2 would be nice to have.What we offer you:An attractive salary package with professional growth opportunities based on your commitment, performance, and results.Flexible compensation: health insurance, food, transport, and kindergarten.Contributing to the success of a hyper-growth company and being part of the digital revolution in the car business.A diverse and vibrant international environment.Performance evaluation every 6 months.Access to different training courses in our own academy platform (Auto1 Academy).Career plan for every employee.Team buildings and company parties, and as a plus, you can enjoy your birthday as you have the day off.#J-18808-Ljbffr
