Join us.Technical Integration ConsultantExpedia Partner Solutions (EPS) is seeking an experienced and talented Technical Integration Consultant.
As a Technical Integration Consultant, you will own and drive the technical integration discussions with various partners.
You will work closely with our Business Development and Account Management organization.
A passion for travel, a passion for technology and technology expertise combined with excellent communication skills and business acumen are critical to a Technical Integration Consultant's success.What you'll do:Conduct workshop/presentation for technical team of affiliate partner on EPS Rapid APICommunicate complex technical details to technical and non-technical customersGive practical advice on the use of EPS Rapid API to affiliate partnersIdentify best practices and proactively share the best practices with affiliate partnersAnalyze and troubleshoot highly complex technical integration problems and propose effective solutionsCollaborate with the Level 1/2 support team with complex escalations that require direct contact with top partnersSupport affiliate partners in EuropeEngage in pre-sales activity with the sales team and propose solutions to meet partner needsProactively help the Business Development and Account Managers to identify opportunities for new product offeringsPerform Quality Assurance tests on API sites prior to implementationAble to manage and prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyWho you are:Bachelor's degree; or equivalent related professional experience2-4 years of experience in coding and software developmentProficient at multiple programming languages including SQLExperience in Restful API and database schema designComfortable using enterprise resource management programs and tools.Experience in e-commerce and/or travel industry a plusExperience in AWS and/or Azure a plusPre-sales experience, working with sales and business partners a plusFluency in English is a mustAvailable for up to 10% travel per yearExcellent oral/written communication skillsGood sense of business acumenAbility to deliver high quality and workable solutions for technical issuesAbility to communicate technical specifications and troubleshoot without supervisionAbility to creatively solve challenging business/technology problemsMust be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environmentFamiliarity with web-based and mobile-based product development and understanding of typical technology architecture for high-volume websitesBias to action around identifying opportunities for improvementFocuses on priorities that matter to the businessAccommodation requestsIf you need assistance with any part of the application or recruiting process due to a disability, or other physical or mental health conditions, please reach out to our Recruiting Accommodations Team through the Accommodation Request.We are proud to be named as a Best Place to Work on Glassdoor in 2024 and be recognized for award-winning culture by organizations like Forbes, TIME, Disability:IN, and others.
