Danish Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist Location:Barcelona, Spain Salary:€23,875 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus Purpose of the Role: As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will collaborate with a portfolio of new clients to help them establish their first online advertising campaigns, playing a crucial role in their business growth.
You'll work in a target-driven environment, contributing to both individual and team objectives.
Responsibilities: Act as a trusted consultant for clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns.
Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.
Increase client spending, upsell services, and ensure sustainability.
Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone calls.
Preferred Skills and Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
Strong motivation to meet or exceed productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and writing proposal.
Good time management skills to organize daily tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills.
Client-focused mindset with a passion for customer interaction and business ownership.
Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Native level of Danish and a high level of English.
Benefits: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
Salary: €23,875 gross/year + potential bonus up to €3,408 gross/year.
