Your responsibilities: Provide technical responses to customers.Maintain the centricity on customers.Maintain internal support's KPI's.Work with product engineers and Technical Solutions Engineers to test products and improve their behavior, as well as help build proper documentation. Requirements: Excellent English and communication skills.Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in Customer Support Service.Experience in analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in Amazon SQS.Spoken and written Spanish. It would be great if you have: 1 year of experience in a SaaS Support team or Customer Success.Some experience working with support tools like Zendesk or Jira.Some basic programming concepts in Javascript.A good understanding of software testing processes and techniques.
