What You'll Do:Technical Solutions is made up of several specialised teams, each one
responsible for their part of the client lifecycle. Regardless if the core focus is to
maintain and develop the technical relationship with existing advertisers and
their vendors, deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new clients,
provide technical pre-sales to win new business, or supplying the other TS teams
with deep-level knowledge and third level consultancy services, Technical
Solutions Engineers are Criteo's tech wizards both internally and externally, and
solid experts within their respective area.
Take technical ownership of a dedicated book of business to deliver excellent services and support, both internally and externally Build and maintain relationships Translate client expectations, goals and requirement into tangible solutions that can be designed, tested and implemented Identify improvement or optimisation opportunities when it comes to products, services and internal processes, which includes raising and following up on bugs and feature requests Keep up to date with industry trends, at all times understanding the main technical advantages of Criteo's solutions in the competitive landscape Who You Are:Degree in Computer Science or related technical subject Great English business and technical language communication skills, both oral and written Strong relationship builder Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills Self-starter that successfully manages own priorities and workload Great at collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders and teams, both in person and virtually Technical skills
Work experience with web technologies (for example HTTP requests, cookies, HTML and JavaScript) Knowledge of structured data interchange formats like JSON and XML, as well as querying language like SQL Previous experience with online advertising technology is a merit We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
