As TAM you will be the point of contact for our Partners for any technical questions, helping them with integrations, analyzing potential improvements in the operations, and proposing technical developments that will improve our collaboration.Be a part of a team where you will:Work closely with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to enable and improve the Integrations with our PartnersBe the point of contact of our Partners to ensure the technical stability of our collaboration, proactively identifying improvement opportunitiesLead the technical relationship with the main retailers to help them develop their business within GlovoAnalyze data to identify and quantify sustainable improvement opportunities as an advantage for the companyCreate and run a roadmap for improving integrations of our partnersConduct proactive checks to guarantee the stability of integrationsWork to identify and fix issues on IntegrationsYou have:2+ years of professional experience in a similar roleInternet technologies, HTTP, JavaScript, REST, API, JSON, OAuth, Postman, SwaggerGood Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, Database analysisStrong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).Hands-on attitude is a must.
