What You'll Do:Our amazing Tech TA team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing EMEA TA team in Barcelona!
As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of engineers for our R&D, Product, and IIT departments. Your playground will be international (France, Spain, Romania, Cyprus, etc.).
You'll manage the entire recruitment process from the brief with stakeholders to the salary negotiation & closing of the process.You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders allowing a collaborative approach.You'll source candidates from diverse talent pools by choosing the appropriate tools.You'll be on the watch for new sourcing techniques, external market trends, and serve as a resource for areas of specialty in recruiting.You'll screen applicants and prepare them for technical interviews.By staying up to date on market activities, you'll bring knowledge back and translate learnings into a competitive advantage for Criteo - we're a knowledge-sharing environment and the team runs workshops to share tips, tricks, and best practices.Who You Are:You have at least one previous experience recruiting for technical roles (including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Site Reliability Engineers, Product Owners, etc.), ideally as an in-house recruiter in an international environment.You are well-versed in at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).You are fluent in English; proficiency in Romanian would be a valuable asset.You understand the importance of data in recruitment and possess the ability to prioritize your tasks effectively.You are curious, enthusiastic, and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.And the most important: If you are a true team player who enjoys a good laugh from time to time while delivering high-quality work, you will thrive with us!What happens next?Interview with one of our Recruiters.Sourcing Case Study.Final Meeting with your prospective manager.What do we offer?A permanent contract from September.You will have the opportunity to participate in major international tech or recruitment events.Our culture keeps evolving, and you will be expected to contribute actively with new ideas to complement and enhance the existing HR programs that include frictionless internal mobility, mentoring, Recruitment tools, DEI projects, etc.At Criteo, we value your work-life balance with a hybrid policy where everyone can follow their own rhythm between time in the office and work from home.
