About the role
As a Tech Recruitment BP you will collaborate with the recruiting team and Hiring Managers for identifying current as well as future hiring needs.
As part of your day by day you will: Work closely with Engineering managers to understand their needs and priorities, also advising them during the process to make better decisions.Collaborate with the recruiting team and Hiring Managers for identifying current as well as future hiring needs.Determine the most suitable job advertising techniques (e.g. job boards, social networks, and careers pages).Advise Hiring Managers and Recruiters on interviewing methods and evaluation techniques.Use online channels and digital platforms for crafting sourcing strategies.Manage the whole hiring process: from the beginning of the funnel to the end, we don't differentiate between Sourcers and Recruiters! We're looking for a Tech Talent BP with a strong background in the tech market; we're looking for knowledge and attitude rather than years of experience! Ideally with experience both in recruitment agencies and product companies like Factorial.
English is our official language, so fluency is required, and experience working in international markets is important as we are a remote-friendly organization hiring people around the globe!
