Job Title Tech Lead – Generative AI (GenAI)
Summary:
As the Tech Lead for Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and leading the deployment of innovative AI solutions. Acting as a technical authority, you'll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate AI use cases, establish best practices for testing and deployment, and provide guidance to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects across Digital Workplace Services (DWS).
In this role, you will:
Lead the technical design and end-to-end development of AI solutions that align with business goals and technical standards. Oversee all phases of AI project implementation, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Establish and apply best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance. Mentor and support team members, fostering growth, skill-sharing, and knowledge exchange within the AI team. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and explore new AI products and use cases. Design AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, with a focus on generative AI. Drive the adoption and deployment of AI tools like Copilot 365 and MoveWorks across the organization. Facilitate cross-team collaboration on generative AI projects, promoting innovation and shared objectives. Regularly evaluate the performance and impact of AI solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business objectives. Represent DWS in GenAI initiatives as an ambassador for generative AI, championing its potential across teams. The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with proficiency in AI solution architecture. Advanced knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience leading AI projects from design through to implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize AI solutions for diverse applications. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS, including AI-related managed services. Experience deploying and managing AI products like Copilot 365 and MoveWorks is advantageous. A collaborative approach to leadership, with experience mentoring and guiding diverse technical teams.
