Operating under two brand names (Securitas Direct & Verisure) is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Team Leader for QA.
The role will be part of a growing and talented Technology Team based in Madrid.
Main Responsibilities:

Lead the quality department's implementation team in new product and service launch projects, being able to mobilize all internal teams and have them focused to the project goals.

Establish project governance structure:

The projects are prioritized and aligned with the short- and long-term goals of the business.
The right people have access to the right information to make the right decisions.
The projects are staying within the planned time and budget.
There are ongoing risk assessments and mitigation across all projects.

Provide management reports:

Overall progress and health of projects.
Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio.
Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks.
Operational efficiency and project performance.
Effective management and utilization of enterprise resources.
Plan and schedule resource efficiently.
Eliminate silos of spreadsheets with a single resource plan.
Create visibility of resource capacity, competence, and availability for all stakeholders.
Establish a real-time resource scheduling to accommodate the fast-changing ground reality.
Forecast and enable resource capacity planning so the department can take corrective actions ahead of time.
Streamline and automate processes and workflows, as an integral part of performance improvement.
Be able to assess, redesign and implement the processes required for proper project execution.
Reuse project learning and knowledge.
Facilitate collaboration and team communication, both within the department and with the different stakeholders involved in project implementation.
Mentor and train team members, being able to develop them.

Required Qualifications:

Master / in Telecommunications.
More than 5 years working in project management role for launching new Product and Services.
Experience in Agile Methodologies (SAFE, Scrum) - Certifications to be positively valued.
Experience in Collaboration tools like Office 365, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
Fluent level of English as you will work in an international environment and project.
Available to travel.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High drive and delivery level.
Good interpersonal, relationship-building skills and positive attitude.
Self-critical and honest, as well as challenging to the team and to oneself.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Able to be flexible and determine changing priorities and extra-efforts for the achievements of objectives.
High-class communication and leadership skills.
