You will be responsible for leading the project coordination team in close collaboration with the PS&C Organisation, Project Centre teams, Supplier Management and other respective stakeholders to help secure the successful implementation of capital equipment projects. You will achieve this through a large team consisting of both line managers and individual contributors. We are looking for an established leader with line management experience who can effectively mentor and coach the team with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. The position may be based in any location within Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Travelling will be limited to occasional visits to other offices taking no more than 15% of your time. Tetra Pak is not considering applicants for this role (Internal or External) who require international relocation.What you will do Lead the project coordination team in close collaboration with PS&C Supply team, respective Project Centres, Supplier Management and other relevant organizations.Comply with global standards, processes, local and legal requirements.Update Project Manager, Supplier Management and key stakeholders (including Project Centre Directors where applicable) on operational purchasing issues and share best practice.Lead End of Month Project report activities.Lead project coordination team to fulfil global processes, tools, applications, templates & OFCE governance following PS&C strategy guidelines.Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.Lead competence and capability for Project Coordination guided by PS&C strategy & capability team.Participate and support in alignment on External Supplier base improvement from operational purchasing level & SuM policy compliance.Leading competence development of the team, ensuring engagement and optimizing resource utilization.Lead and Drive inventory management activities as per financial guidelines.We believe you have At least 5 years of experience managing a team.Proficiency in English (verbal and written).Strong communication skills, change management, stakeholder and conflict management skills.Strong drive and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape.
