Based in any of our offices in Spain or Portugal, as a Team Leader Lifecycle Services , you will oversee and ensure the successful implementation and management of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA's), Small Projects (SMAP) and one-off Services (SO) within a nominated customer base for Systems and Software products, especially Delta V.

This position will require direct engagement with both Emerson Sales Teams and end-user customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support sales in the pursuit phase by presenting service delivery capabilities to customers.
Provide guidance and support to team members in their day-to-day tasks and project execution.
Act as the main point of contact for designated customers.
Take ownership of administrative activities such as field engineering reports and financial maintenance.
Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement of performance and innovation.

For This Role, You Will Need: Engineering or technical background.
Technical experience in the industrial market with Control Systems (DCS).
Experience leading operational teams.
Spanish and English language proficiency (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Portuguese language proficiency.
Experience with Service Execution and contract management.
Experience working in a matrix organization.
