Furthermore, he/she will focus on developing Digital as a Service strategy within the different divisions.Main ResponsibilitiesData & Analytics:Provide business insights to the different functions to take strategic decisions.Process Automation:Focus on new technologies, such as RPA, AI, Power Platforms.Process Mining:Main Tasks of the Team Leader.Coordinate a team of Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Project Managers, ensuring that the projects related to automation & Data Analytics are delivered on time, following the agreed methodology.Support the team to gather requirements, design, develop, and deliver analytic solutions to the internal stakeholders.Support in developing strategies and solutions for optimal deployment and implementation of new technologies across the business.Build knowledge and capabilities in emerging technologies or improve existing ones, focusing on market trends.Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of the different functions.Fulfill the SLA established.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Propose and implement best practices to maintain high quality and strive for continued service excellence.Work closely with other Bayer locations in Europe, Americas & Asia.Select, develop, and retain a high-performing team, while championing a culture of employee engagement within the team and the different regions.Define and develop the team's member training path.Manage resources efficiently to prioritize projects and developments in order to meet deadlines and goals.Work RelationshipActive member in the Intelligent Automation management team to build personal acumen & ability, while sharing best practices with others.#J-18808-Ljbffr
