This is what you see yourself doing? To support our continued international growth, we are looking for a Team Leader in our office in Spain (Barcelona). You will play a crucial role in leading and managing a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include both technical oversight and people management. You'll report to the Business Director Belgium and collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure alignment and evolution across all teams, in Belgium and Spain.
How will you do this? You lead a multidisciplinary team, by inspiring and motivating 10-15 employees: providing guidance and direction in agile processes to achieve the growth of the Business Unit. Your role involves both technical and managerial aspects. As a people manager, you support your team members, foster collaboration, and create a positive work environment. You do this by effectively dealing with the diverse needs and personalities within the team. You understand and support the company's growth objectives and entrepreneurial mindset. You focus on measurable objectives to support business growth. You collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure that all teams move in the same direction, share best practices, and continuously improve.You have a budget responsibility which you follow-up closely and you guide the team to reach the team objectives.This is you? You have experience in leading (international) teams, preferably in an agile environment. Strong coaching abilities to drive individual development and growth within the team. You have an agile growth mindset. You're able to quickly and effectively address challenges and changes within the team, make informed decisions, and drive results. You handle changing circumstances and growth expectations of the company. You have good organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and coordinate the work of the team. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to work effectively with team members and stakeholders across boundaries.Given the international context, we expect a perfect knowledge of English and Spanish.
