The GM will be responsible for all activities of the hotels, making use of Spain overhead services (Finance, Purchasing, People & Culture, Revenue, Booking Office, Sales and Marketing).This position has a managerial authority and decision-making discretion with respect to hiring and firing, training and reviewing staff performance, and creating performance goals and incentives.
