As a Supply Team Lead, you will play a crucial operational role in supporting the Regional Director. You will lead the Supply team, overseeing all activities related to the growth of the luxury property portfolio. Your main mission will be to ensure the effective execution of daily strategies and operations while ensuring the achievement of the objectives set by the Regional Director.

Objectives Operational Management: Supervise the implementation of business development strategies defined by the Regional Director.Set and track growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring expected results are achieved.Prepare regular reports for the Regional Director on project progress and team performance.Collection Management (Owner Account Management) Act as a Senior Collection Manager, overseeing a segment of the portfolio for key accounts.Oversee the work of Collection Managers in optimizing their portfolios: performance analysis, recommendation lists, monthly meetings with owners, monitoring the accuracy of information shared on the internal system.Coordinate the promotion of additional products and services to property owners.Supervise the deployment of action plans to improve performance indicators.Analyze and monitor lists of properties to negotiate for exclusivity, seasonal purchases, etc.Develop and implement SOPs to uphold high standards, ensuring that we collaborate exclusively with top-tier products.Design, deploy, and analyze CSAT surveys to gauge client satisfaction; develop and execute improvement plans based on feedback.Team Management Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Collection Managers and assistants.Provide strong operational leadership by setting clear objectives, evaluating performance, and fostering the professional development of the team.Create a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation within the team.Review and optimize the CM team's workload, ensuring equitable distribution based on seniority and workload capacity.Coordination And Communication Collaborate operationally with other departments, including Sales, Concierge Services, Marketing, and Tech, to optimize processes and maximize operational efficiency in Supply.Ensure transparent and effective communication with internal and external teams to achieve the growth objectives set by the Regional Director.Perks A laptop and a company phone.1 day off for your birthday.Meal vouchers worth €8 (50% covered by the company).2 days of remote work per week.Minimum Requirements: Degree in management, business administration, or a related field; a Master's or MBA would be an asset.Strong experience in business development, negotiation, and team management, preferably in the luxury hospitality or travel industry.Proven experience in managing complex projects and operational performance, ideally in the hospitality or travel sector.Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytical tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and Zapier.Prior experience in the luxury sector, real estate, or startup environments is highly preferred.Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and leadership.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; proficiency in French and additional languages is highly desirable.Willingness to travel across Spain, particularly to the Balearic Islands, and flexibility to relocate temporarily for training and onboarding purposes.All our positions are open, on an equal opportunity basis, to employees with specific needs/accommodations related to a disability.
