Team Lead - Scrum Master | [Hdx980]

Job purpose: As a Team Lead Scrum Master, you will lead cross-functional teams to provide agile-based project deliverables and facilitate the team's work to accelerate delivery of business value by ensuring adherence to Scrum methodologies and processes. You will facilitate internal and external communication, remove impediments, and serve as the intermediary between multiple product owners, managers, and team members.What will you do?Lead and facilitate sprint sessions (planning sessions, iterations, retrospectives, demos, etc.)Support and educate Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Track and communicate team progress, sprint or release progress.Mentor and coach Scrum team to instill Agile values and principles and lead by example.Keep Scrum process on track and pass it to the team as self-organization matures.Coordinate across other agile teams for complex projects.Strengthen the presence of our team as an Agile Center of Excellence.Act as a project manager when necessary.Empower your team to self-organize.What do you need to know?Advanced understanding of and experience with Software Development project life cycles; advanced project management skills.Solid oral, written, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills are required.Must be able to ensure agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to; must be able to be a voice of reason and authority.Capable of completing diverse/complex work independently with minimal direction, diverse interactions, and knowledge resources.Professional Scrum Master Certificate.Identifies non-development dependencies related to delivery.
